The service

Breathe Arabic (breathearabic.com) is a flashcard app for learning Modern Standard Arabic vocabulary, run by Michael J., a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact: support@breathearabic.com.

Accounts

You need an account to use the app. Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. One account is for one person.

Free and paid access

The word list

The vocabulary, translations and example sentences are owned by Michael J. and are licensed to you for personal study only. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or republish them. CEFR levels are estimates; translations are checked carefully but may contain mistakes.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, get round the membership checks, or disrupt the service. I may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

I aim to keep the app running and your progress safe, but I can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The app may change over time. If I ever close the service, I'll give members at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid period.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and ask me to delete your account. Cancel any subscription first.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring claims in your local courts.
